Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Nikoloz Nutsubidze ("we", "us") for using clipz ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. The app is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

What the app does

clipz uses AI to make photos and videos from photos you provide. Results are generated automatically, can be imperfect or unexpected, and may not look exactly like you or the preview.

Your photos and what you make

• Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows someone else, you must have their permission. If they're a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
• Don't use the app to create sexual content, content involving minors in any harmful way, harassment, hate, violence, or content that impersonates or misleads people about a real person.
• Don't present AI-generated results as real footage of someone to deceive others.
• You own what you create, as far as the law allows, and you're responsible for how you share it.

We may block content that breaks these rules, and our AI partners may refuse some photos automatically.

Coins and subscriptions

• Creating photos and videos uses coins. Coins come with a subscription or can be bought in packs through Apple.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Coins have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are used only in the app. If a creation fails, its coins are returned.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Availability

We work to keep the app running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Templates and features may change or be removed.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you or others use generated content. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending use

You can stop using the app anytime and delete your data in Settings. We may stop access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
