How are my photos used?
The photos you pick are sent to our AI partners only to create your result. We never sell them, use them for ads, or train AI on them. Your creations are saved only on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, open Settings → Delete My Data. This removes your creations on the phone and the anonymous activity we store for your device.
My result didn't turn out well. What can I do?
Use a sharp, front-facing selfie in natural light, with just you in the photo and nothing covering your face. You can also report a result with the flag icon so we can improve that template.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → clipz → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, open the coins screen and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
